Let me introduce myself. I’m Lynne Fedorick, and as a self employed dog trainer, I have trained, exercised and studied dogs professionally since 1995. I used to deny my status as a dog nerd, but now I embrace it. I currently have 4 dogs of my own, and if you are around Vancouver Island, you can catch us at trick dog performances all over the Comox Valley, North to Port Hardy, and as far south as Victoria. We take bookings for lower mainland performances and events as well. We have hounds and pointers on our team, two breeds that are said to be impossible to motivate. But using science based positive training methods, we teach all members of our team to stay focussed and to love performing for audiences more than anything.
Other than dogs, learning more about dogs and teaching other dog owners how to get the most out of their relationship with their dogs, I enjoy the outdoors and try to stay active with firefighting and mountain biking. You’ll find a lot of the posts in this blog about things you can do to have interactive fun with your dog. After all, dogs and dog training should always make our lives more fun.
